cameron's ramblings

just got up; we’re nursing last night’s insect-induced welts…brutal stuff. of course, it’s all a bit nostalgic. two years ago, laura and i traversed the cruel west aboard ‘memory-maker,’ a bright green tandem recumbent bicycle. we camped and cried our way through some savage terrain. on the typical day of cycling we solved a litany of problems; mosquitoes were low on our list of difficulties. now, nestled in a high-class recreational vehicle, we dwell on lesser problems. as they say, it’s all relative.
